We are seeking a Full-Time Program Manager for an Electronic Monitoring Installer program working with the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin, Texas. The Program Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of the program, maintain relationships with county agencies, maintain inventory, and ensure the quality of the services provided. The program manager will be supervising at least one Installer.
Additionally, the Program Manager will have installation duties as well, including scheduling client appointments, client orientation, reporting, installation and removal of electronic monitoring devices, regular maintenance of the technology, and administrative responsibilities. The Program Manager needs to be a tech savvy person who has a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude, extremely well organized, detail oriented and have an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
Scheduled Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and including on call
Salary: $60,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, the program manager will be offered a bonus/incentive plan.
