We are seeking a Full-Time Program Manager for an Electronic Monitoring Installer program working with the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin, Texas. The Program Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of the program, maintain relationships with county agencies, maintain inventory, and ensure the quality of the services provided. The program manager will be supervising at least one Installer.

Additionally, the Program Manager will have installation duties as well, including scheduling client appointments, client orientation, reporting, installation and removal of electronic monitoring devices, regular maintenance of the technology, and administrative responsibilities. The Program Manager needs to be a tech savvy person who has a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude, extremely well organized, detail oriented and have an upbeat and friendly demeanor.

Scheduled Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and including on call

Salary: $60,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, the program manager will be offered a bonus/incentive plan.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments with our clients both in the office and for our remote installs
• Scheduling shifts for after-hours installs
• Installing clients on monitoring devices (GPS)
• Communication with clients and supervising authorities
• Supervisory responsibilities
• Cleaning & maintenance of monitoring equipment
• Performing other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in account management and personnel management.
• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Conversational Spanish required.
• Candidate must be able to report to the Austin, TX work location within 30 minutes if needed.
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Outlook, and Excel. Expertise in other commonly used programs such as Adobe PDF, SharePoint, etc. is a plus.
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize work, balance the needs of various individuals, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information and resolve problems.
• Driving using personal automobile, mileage will be reimbursed according to the federal standard mileage rate.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record including minimum auto insurance coverage required by Texas.
