Job Summary:

Customer service representative works with customers to provide assistance, address complaints, and answer questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages reported issues by creating and updating support tickets.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently over the phone.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns. Answering questions and offering solutions.
  • Following call scripts and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate responses.
  • Recording customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in the company’s database.
  • Escalating issues to higher level management when necessary.
  • Adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies when handling sensitive customer information.

Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • 2 year of experience of call center and customer service experience.
  • Administrative, clerical, and customer service experience required.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish & English languages required.

  • Continuous sitting per shift.
  • Ability to work continuously on a telephone/computer/scanner/fax/copier or other office equipment.
  • Frequent periods of walking and/or standing.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
  • Frequent grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, & twisting.
