QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Two-year technical degree in a related field
Professional Land Surveying License
Valid driver's license
Experience working with WisDOT
Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Strong math and analytical skills
Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
Physical requirements: walking five (5) miles or more in a day on a construction project site on uneven terrain, excessive standing, lifting, or carrying, of a minimum of 50 lbs., pushing and pulling equipment, use of a keyboard.
Other QualificationsThe following qualifications are not required but would be considered an added benefit:
Knowledge and expertise with Civil 3D
Understanding of the WisDOT transportation design process
Experience with Trimble office and Trimble survey equipment/software
