• Process tags, registrations & titles on sold inventory
• Review motorcycle sales paperwork for compliance and accuracy
• Ensure timely processing of pending registrations
• Verify payoffs and secure titles
• Process fundings and other minor accounting duties
• Enter new inventory and complete dealer trades
• Answer phones when Receptionist is busy or away from their desk
• Perform other office-related tasks and provide direct support to Office Manager
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

• 
  Experience with tag, titles, registrations and FLHSMV procedure
• Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance
• Problem solving specific to tag and title work
• Handle emails and phone calls professionally and courteously
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
• Use time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Perform work in a quality manner and with attention to detail
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Have an outgoing attitude and friendly demeanor
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to use personal vehicle
• Bilingual preferred but not required

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
• Needs to occasionally move about inside an office to access file cabinets, equipment, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer
• Frequently ascends/descends stairs
• Occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
