CORPORATE TEMPS is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

The Talent Management Partner is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to recruit and retain high performing employees and partner with the Human Resources Business Partner to achieve maximum insight into workforce planning.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Partner with the hiring managers to fill designated vacancies utilizing the Taleo Applicant Tracking system to source and screen applicants.
  •  Understand division’s strategies and objectives and translate those into talent skills and specific sourcing, recruiting and talent strategies.
  •  Research and pursue the most efficient and cost-effective sourcing ideas, strategies and tools including all advertising media, internet recruiting, job fairs, college recruitment, and other sources to meet staffing needs.
  •  Track metrics on the status of recruitment and market conditions
  •  Leverage professional & community relationships to attract passive applicants
  •  Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws,
  •  Adhere to the State's Retention Plan on maintaining required HR documentation.
  •  Assist with HR Strategic Initiatives and Special Programs/Projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):

  • Manage position data for the Department and take appropriate action to ensure all data is accurate and updated timely.
  •  Perform other related HR duties based on business need.
  •  Experience in recruiting
  •  Knowledge of applicant tracking system technology and workflows.
  •  Experience in applicant sourcing, internet research, and/or passive applicant acquisition.
  •  Experience building networks and community relationships.
  •  Ability to use MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Social Media Platforms
  •  Ability to provide guidance at all levels of the organization
  •  Ability to understand and accurately interpret data
  •  Ability to remain organized and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing environment
  •  Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving

Entry Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR Four years of human resource experience.

Preferred Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in (Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing)
  •  HR experience with the State of Georgia or GA Department of Revenue
  •  HR Certification: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP OR PHR/SPHR
  •  Must be comfortable working in ambiguous and/or stressful situations.
  •  Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance; detail-orientation is a must.
  •  Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  •  Exceptional organization and time management skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift/move office equipment such as laptop, monitor and/or printer as required to complete work assignments
