We are currently hiring for an AR / AP Specialist for a well established manufacturer in the Dothan, AL area. Pay will be $23.

00 per hour and you will work a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and looking for a company to make their career with!

Responsibilities :

Review invoices for appropriate documentation

Enter and upload invoices into system

Prepare and process electronic and check payments

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Reconcile accounts to ensure all invoices are accounted for

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

Requirements :

Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable or Payables Clerk or a similar role

Proficiency with MS Office suite

Prior experience with JD Edwards ERP systems

Familiar with the purchase order process
