Exciting opportunity in Mesa, AZ 85215! Join our dynamic team at a leading aerospace supplier of machined parts and hardware. We're on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Inspector/Engineer who's ready to grow into the role of Quality Manager and make a real impact on our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality engineering practices in aerospace manufacturing, a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS), and the drive to lead by example. Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and apply quality engineering practices for aerospace products

- Lead by example and engage with customers and internal associates

- Initiate and implement corrective actions, track trends, and update logs

- Support final inspections, process improvements, and first articles

- Work collaboratively in a team environment with cross-functional teams and leadership

- Adapt quickly to organizational changes and drive process improvements

- Utilize computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal systems

- Train and mentor others as needed

- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Desirable Skills and Experience:

- AS9100 internal/external auditing certification

- AS9100 QMS training and contract review experience

- Manufacturing experience, particularly in aerospace

- Familiarity with Honeywell, Boeing, BAE, DLA, and component inspection

- Statistical process knowledge and experience with special processes

- Ability to support new customer processes and understand process controls

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline

- 3-5 years of practical quality experience and 1-4 years of customer experience

- Current ASQ, CQA, or CQE certification

Salary $32.25- $35/hour DOE plus Overtime
