Location: Litchfield Park AZ

Position: Returns Shipping Clerk

Shift: 2nd shift 10am - 6:30pm M-F

Pay: $18-$20 per hour Due upon Experience

Job Summary:

As a Returns Shipping clerk will also be part of the inventory control, to ensure returns are being input into the system and will match with all data in the system.

As a returns clerk, may have the following responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify products Verify and inspect forms, reports, and records Reconcile quantities returned with forms and documents Coordinate activities with warehouse management Verify adjustments using RF scanners and bar coding systems.
• Perform cycle counts Key suitable product back into the system for resale Communicating with customers, vendors, and other departments Keeping detailed records of inventory and production changes.
• Returning defective products to the supplier or disposing of them according to company standards
• Reporting changes to the proper department Ensuring adequate inventory levels to minimize shortages.
• Being accountable for returns of material overages and/or materials with monetary deposits Monitoring and effectively working inventory management reports Implementing and maintaining proper item location codes.
