Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the Aerospace representative for all quality matters, ensuring seamless customer/vendor interactions and effective problem resolution.

- Develop and maintain quality control objectives, ensuring alignment throughout the organization.

- Guide the management team in prioritizing quality issues by AS9100 and customer expectations.

- Manage supervisors or leaders within the quality department, overseeing inspection and testing processes.

- Analyze data and product specifications to evaluate quality requirements, assessing company performance against relevant standards.

- Plan and organize training for all quality control-related activities within the company.

- Manage the budgets of the quality department.

- Adhere to all safety rules and practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering and Quality

- 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in Fastener/Aerospace.

-Experience working as Designated Rep for large aerospace suppliers

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- Familiarity with ISO-9000D
