Job description: As a leading global manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, This Company is dedicated to providing high-quality wellness products to consumers worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our brand new manufacturing team in Surprise, AZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our production equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Mechanic:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production machinery and equipment
• Tear down and Installation of equipment in accordance with maintenance procedures using blueprints, drawings and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address equipment-related issues
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
• Requirements of Maintenance Mechanic:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience/knowledge of electrical voltage up to 480V
• 5 years of proven experience as a maintenance mechanic
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC controls is a plus
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
