Building Maintenance
*Traveling between 2 properties. Must have reliable transportation/valid driver's license*
**Must be able to pass drug/background screening. (No Theft, Violent, or Sex crimes)**
Location: Prescott, AZ 86303
Pay: $19/HR DOE
Job Duties/Requirements:
- Basic maintenance of unit
- Fix broken items but as leaky faucets; handles, light fixtures
- Handyman - Basic level of plumbing and electrical
- Move-out/Move-In needs – spackling, painting, general repair
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
- Mechanically inclined/hand tool experience
- May be required to do be on-call for emergency after hours needs in the future
- Must have own tool box: Hammer, Screw driver, wrenches, etc. (#IND1)
