Description

 Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and implement solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data retrieval and visualization.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Power BI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, tools, and techniques, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our data visualization capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements, address their concerns, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leveraging Power BI and other technologies to streamline data workflows and enhance productivity.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Power BI solutions, with a strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and M query language.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Power BI dashboards and reports that drive actionable insights and business value.
- Expertise in optimizing Power BI performance and troubleshooting data integration issues.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with other BI tools and technologies, such as Tableau or QlikView, is a plus.
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certified, are desirable.
