Corporate Fitness Works is Hiring a Fitness Specialist (20 hours per week) Near Elkins, PA

Fitness Specialist

A healthy work life balance is essential:
  • Monday - Friday varied shifts between 6:00am-8:00pm
  • Weekend hours are between 8:00am-7:00pm
  • You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
  • No degree required
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required
  • ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
  • Group exercise experience

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Fitness Specialist:
  • Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
  • Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
  • Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
  • Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
  • Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
  • Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
