Exercise Facility Manager

A healthy work life balance is essential:
Monday - Thursday, facility is open 5:00am-6:00pm
Fridays facility is open 5:00am-2:00pm
No weekends and paid holidays!
You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
3 years experience in the fitness industry
1 year supervisory experience
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Exercise Facility Lead:
Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
Manages all aspects of fitness center operations, to include operating budget
Represents Corporate Fitness Works through communication with the client and CFW leadership, to include creating reports and attending meetings
Ensures quality of incentive and well-being programs to exceed client expectations through member engagement
Creates and maintains a supportive, friendly, team environment where respect is demonstrated, contributions are recognized and process improvement is expected
Oversee group movement program and lead new and innovative group exercise classes
Communicate expectations and support team development
Support CFW culture and initiatives
