Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring immediately for open janitorial shifts, cleaner position, with team at a large Charlotte church child development center near the intersections of Randolph and Sharon Amity Rds. These are great custodial positions if you want something close to home or work to pick up extra hours in the evenings.

Pay is $13.60 an hour. A $50 retention bonus is paid after working for us 2 months.

Unlike retail and fast food, our shifts are consistent week to week. Few people occupy the buildings while we are cleaning, and our team members are spread throughout the large buildings. Social distancing is a normal part of the job. We supply protective gloves and masks.

Available shift days/times:

5 days/week Mon-Fri 6p-9:30 (approx 3.5 hrs/evening)

Under supervision of a shift lead, cleaner is responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within an assigned facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

Vacuuming, Dry and wet mopping.
Trash Removal
Dusting
Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
Clean glass Wiping surfaces.
Correct any concerns or issues from an inspection.
Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.

Requirements:

Show up to work consistently. 90% of success at anything is being there
Reliable transportation
Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds

This job may be ideal for candidates with experience in housekeeping, retail, restaurants, construction and delivery.

Our facilities are cleaned in 3-4 hour shifts in the evening/night, 3-6 nights per week. You will go to the same site and work with the same team each evening.

We'll work with you to find the most convenient location and shifts. Our employees come from all sorts of professional and trades positions. We're confident our training and onboarding to your team will ensure you can provide a healthy clean of a specific area within the facilities based on Corporate Cleaning Group procedures in a team-based approach.
