Corpay Inc is Hiring a Special Project Coordinator Near Saint Charles, IL

What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Special Project Coordinator within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will assist in Rapid Response Department Operations and analyze and research data. You will report directly to the Customer Experience Manager.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Assisting clients who are transferred from the Client Services Department
Faxing documents (Hotel Assistant Agreement, Hotel Rate Agreement, Credit Card Authorization Form and a copy of the Credit Card) to the hotel as requested
Assisting Hotel Representatives with questions regarding credit cards; i.e. declines, issues, and any authorizations using SUA website and software
Providing confirmation details to the Policyholders, Adjusters or hotels as needed
Providing Adjusters invoices via fax, email or request the invoices via internal ALE representative if it is not available
Helping with any calls where Client Services are unsure of the next step
Documenting requests or authorizations from either the Adjuster or Policyholder regarding their hotel extension needs
Assisting the Policyholders in “Searching’s Status,” documenting the necessary information (number of members that would need the accommodations, pet requests, kitchen preferences, reservation start date, location preferences, handicapped specifications, etc.) and emailing the proper team members for further follow up
Clarifying the abatement process to the policyholder
Assisting in collecting any funds owed due to an abatement or deductible
Providing necessary documentation to Policyholders regarding the abatement process (funds owed, breakdown portion due and the ALE credit card authorization form)
Updating ACT with all necessary notes regarding conversations with Adjusters, hotel’s, and Policyholders; updating all tabs to reflect current status of file
Assisting the Rapid Response Supervisor with preparing materials for trainees
Providing consistent training sessions, coaching, and development with new employees and newly promoted employees
Providing quality and objective feedback to the Supervisors of the employees in the training program
Providing direction and delegating Rapid Response responsibilities in the absence of the Rapid Response Supervisor
Calling hotels to confirm if clients have checked into the hotel and updating ACT appropriately
Assisting with answering incoming calls using ACD phone programming
Communicating via email to all necessary staff as needed
Assisting in taking and entering new claims
Assisting with projects and analytics as assigned
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of customer service experience
Ability to concentrate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
ACT program experience a plus.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Incumbent should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
