We’ve chosen three different project experiences: Helping us find and use external data in our forecasting process for our Insurance (ALE) businessFor our Workforce (CLC) business:Analyzing and recommend new addressable industry sub-segments for our Workforce (CLC) businessHelping us design and implement a proprietary loyalty and/or rewards programQualifications & SkillsRequirementsStrong analytical and interpersonal skills – make data-driven business decisionsCuriosity – willing to think through new issues and solve problems creativelyPursuing an MBAStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to attend several meetings in-person at the office during the summer programPreferredStrategy and/or Management Consulting experienceGIS expertise – perhaps a geography major in undergraduate workStrong academic record
