Fraud AnalystWhat We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Fraud Analyst within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will Accurately and timely investigate of risk-related cases created in the fraud monitoring tool queue. Enhance the ability of the management team to quickly identify fraud transactions; and enhance early fraud detection and remediation through use of analytical skills. Perform advanced transactional analysis on large data sources. Assist Risk Management team in performing trending and forecasting of fraud in various financial portfolios. Effectively assess current work methodologies and recommend changes when and where necessary. You will report directly to the Fraud Risk Analyst Supervisor and regularly collaborate with other internal departments. . Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Reviewing credit card/fuel card applications and identifying fraudulent applicationsBackground research using LexisNexis reports, bureau reports, etc.Contacting customers to verify information submitted on applicationsIdentifying high-risk accountsInvestigating for check-kitingLarge and unusual transactionsIdentifying unusual transaction patterns on customer accounts with the objective of identifying counterfeit/skimming fraudCompleting outbound calls to determine the validity of credit card transactionsHandling inbound calls from cardholders reporting fraudulent transactionsInteracting with the customer service department to ensure a smooth customer experienceInforming operations management of fraudulent activityNew account verification based on “know your customer” due diligence and AML compliancePerforming other duties as required Qualifications & Skills2-5 years of proven success in Fraud Analyst roleExceptional performance with customer contact and interactionDistinguished interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to maintain control in stressful situationsMeasurable skills with multiple complex systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other web-based toolsDemonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately with high volume pressures and multiple prioritiesSuccess working in a team environmentUnquestionable integrity Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
