This position falls under our Comdata lines of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. As a Customer Relations Representative client satisfaction and issue resolution of their assigned accounts. The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for assisting with various aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services to support client retention. You will report directly to the team manager and regularly collaborate with other departments. How We WorkAs a Customer Relations Representative, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in the Brentwood, TN officeCompany-issued equipment Formal, hands-on trainingMonthly home internet stipend Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Handling inbound (80 ) and outbound calls in a professional manner Utilizing multiple applications provided by Corpay in order to assist customers efficiently and in a timely mannerReacting quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner working calmly in a fast-paced team environment; managing special projects without compromising other responsibilitiesResponding to customer emails (Cases) and support customer calls when necessary; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage prioritiesIn-depth knowledge of products, services and systems; ability to proactively train and recommend best practices to clientsEffectively interacting with internal departments to support the customer baseDemonstrating mastery of product knowledge, best practices, business policy, resolution procedures, and resource utilization for a primary product or serviceMeet minimum productivity requirements in regard to department goals and standard operating procedures. Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Education or equivalent, required3 years of high call volumeMust maintain an attendance record within company standards, and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and proceduresExcellent level of personal organization.
