Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll handle all incoming communications, reach out to potential clients, and create templates to make the sales team’s work easier. You’ll also manage the Sales Director’s schedule and coordinate between different departments. As you hit your goals, your role and responsibilities will grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and direct all incoming communications addressed to the sales department.
• Initiate first contact with prospective new clients and establish a rapport.
• Design and maintain numerous templates to enhance the sales department’s efficiency.
• Maintain and take responsibility for the Sales Director’s schedule.
• Coordinate communications between departments, including but not limited to Production, Accounting, and Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) with knowledge of Dynamics being a plus.
• The position will expand as the employee reaches certain goals, which will be clearly identified.
