Seeking a self motivated, fun-loving individual, interested in joining a growing team of veterinary professionals who love to laugh while hard at work caring for our four-legged patients in a fast paced environment.

We are in a brand new building at 10500 S. Sooner Rd., Oklahoma City, OK 73165 that we built.

Minimum of 1 year experience within the veterinary field preferred. Experience with AviMark Practice Management Software preferred but not required.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Patient restraint and handling up to 50 pounds

-Managing appointment flow for assigned Doctor

-Inducing and anesthetizing patients in preparation for surgical procedures

-Surgical prep and anesthetic monitoring

-Proficient at medical math and pharmaceutical knowledge of typical veterinary medications

-Medication administration (IV, SQ, PO, IM)

-Venipuncture for blood draws, IV catheter placement and medication administration

-Client education (Heartworm, Flea, Tick Prevention, Wellness and Disease processes)

-General nursing, patient care and animal husbandry
