Job SummaryThe House Manager (HM) is responsible for ensuring that each individual in the home is able to work toward their goals, achieve their potential, and a high quality of life. The House Manager ensures the group home is operating per company policies and procedures, core competencies, and administrative rules. The House Manager is responsible for scheduling and supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and ensuring the medical, behavioral, and social supports as outlined in the Individual Support Plans (ISP) are provided.
