CornerStone United, Inc., has an immediate opening for an Accounting Associate. This position supports company operations by performing a wide range of accounting responsibilities regarding the company’s extended warranty programs. We are looking for someone with data entry experience and general accounting knowledge. We need a quick-learner who can think on their feet while always maintaining a professional and helpful manner with our internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Independently perform a wide range of clerical duties including daily deposits, bank reconciliations, and general accounting duties.

· Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems.

· Understand and follow oral and written instructions.

· Ability to learn product and program details quickly.

· Strive to understand the industry and the dealer/customer/warranty administrator relationships.

Job Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications (preferred):

· Customer-centered, quality focused, quick problem solver and multi-tasker.

· Excellent data entry skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.

· Strong time management aptitude.

· Excellent attendance required.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of clerical experience

· Accounting Associates Degree (desired)

The current position is for immediate, full-time in-office employment. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
