Overview Of The Receptionist/First Impressions DirectorPerform front desk, first impressions duties for the company ensuring all calls and incoming visitors are greeted properly and timely.
Duties of the Receptionist/First Impressions Director
  • Responsible for greeting guests, answering & directing all incoming calls
  • Inventory and order office supplies
  • Sort & deliver mail
  • Receive and distribute faxes
  • Filing of documents and other paperwork
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Perform other clerical support duties as needed
  • Opportunity to take on projects for HR
Preferred Qualifications of the Receptionist/First Impressions Director
  • Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and people-oriented personality
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school diploma
Schedule of the Receptionist/First Impressions Director
  • M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation of the Receptionist/First Impressions Director
  • $20-$23/hr
