Job Title : Business to Business Soft Collections

Location : Addison

Pay : $20.00 / hr

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Job Description :

High volume outbound calls to vendors to discuss payment of 90day or less delinquent accounts

Soft business to business collections maintaining relationships with existing clients

Following up on past due invoices and come up with solutions with clients

Thoroughly document all collection activity and follow up until the collection is complete

Must meet the following REQUIREMENTS to be considered :

Must have 1 years recent B2B Soft Collections experience

No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent communication skills
