Responsibilities Of The Accounting/dispatcher Include But Not Limited To
- Receive incoming maintenance work requests from customers
- Provide customer service
- Dispatch the appropriate vendor for work requested
- Provide detailed reviews
- Manage and maintain vendor information
- Assist with vendor approval process
- Create, manage, and onboard vendor accounts
- Perform accounts payable data entry
- Other tasks assigned as the accounting/dispatcher
