Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell drink specials and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Beverage Server or in a similar role is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
- Strong upselling skills to promote drink specials and increase sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
