POSITION DETAIL

Located in Leesburg, Virginia, and with approximately $55 million in assets, Loudoun Credit Union is currently looking for a financial executive to serve as their President/CEO. This individual will work closely with the board of directors to strategically position the credit union for continued growth. Responsibilities will include capitalizing on the credit union’s community charter, ensuring the credit union has the right product mix for growth, maintaining the high level of member service the credit union provides, and determining the branch strategy for the organization. The

successful candidate will have a holistic understanding of credit union operations, have proven strategic leadership skills, and have five plus years of management experience within a credit union or retail banking organization.
