Cornerstone Realty, Inc., is seeking to hire a hard-working Maintenance Person to assist with maintaining the grounds of Cornerstone Realty’s commercial properties located in Waterbury. This position is an in-person hands-on role, and the ideal candidate will be expected to use maintenance and landscaping skills daily:

· Landscaping duties including weeding flower beds, trimming hedges, and watering flowers.

· Exterior cleaning of windows, walkways, parking lots, fence lines, doors, catch basins, roof drains, and common areas.

· Interior and exterior painting, light bulb changing, replacing ceiling tiles, and other basic maintenance activities.

· Other day to day items and projects to maintain our properties in excellent condition.

Applicants should be 18 years of age or older, interested in learning about real estate and property management tasks, and able to complete yard work and other handy-man type tasks using basic tools with hands on assistance from our full-time team.

· Compensation: $16.00 per hour

· Weekly Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (40-hour work week)
