Job description

Project Manager for the Construction Division

The role involves daily visits to various active plumbing construction sites to provide crew leaders with support, guidance, and assistance in ordering materials. Daily reporting on the progress of each job is required to both the Construction Manager and the General Manager.

Candidates must be detail-oriented and proficient in tablet use, with familiarity with the BuilderTrend app.

A minimum of 10 years' verifiable experience as a construction plumber in Florida is essential, along with proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation, and the ability to write up take-offs.

The position demands proven leadership skills, including the capacity to mentor junior plumbers effectively.

Applicants must be able to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.

A sign-on bonus is available for the ideal candidate.

Our team uses the latest equipment and is supported by plumbers, not just office staff.

A clean background check, no DUIs, a solid driving record, and a positive attitude are mandatory.

Availability for Saturday work may be required as needed.
