Clinical Nurse abstractor
The ideal candidate will possess medical credentials and have prior experience with chart abstractions and have worked in an oncology setting.

Job Description:

• Medical Record Abstraction
• Accurately and efficiently conduct medical record review/abstraction services
• Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool
• -Complete quality, accuracy, and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner
• Perform quality review on work completed by other data abstractors

Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements Success Factors:

Requirements:

• RN license
• 2 years of chart abstraction experience REQUIRED
• 2 years of Oncology experience REQUIRED
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
