Position Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from estimating and scheduling to assigning tasks, leading the team, and ensuring high-quality execution. Problem-solving skills are a must, as you'll proactively identify and address challenges. You will keep stakeholders informed through regular status reports and ensure smooth project completion. In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures is essential.
Travel is required 25%.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in construction science & management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
· Proven track record in construction management or a similar role with seven years of experience.
· OSHA training is a preferred qualification.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common construction software.
· Demonstrated understanding of construction, engineering, and architectural principles. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, costs, and negotiations.
· Strong working knowledge of building products, construction methods, relevant regulations, and quality standards.
· Proven success in leading teams and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
