2024 Staffing Coordinator

Full-Time $16.50 to $17.50

We are seeking a Staff Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Scheduling team members with Clients. Coordinating care for new clients and referral sources. Recruiting, and Interviewing new team members. Managing and verifying clients authorizations for care. Managing team members hours and verifying for payroll. On-Call rotation of answering phone calls.

Skills: Communication skills, Phone Skills, Organizational skills, Computer skills, Microsoft word, Typing 30wpm, Navigating the web.

Qualifications:

-Preferable, one year of experience in a clinic, hospital or home health setting. CNA or CHHA certification a plus.

Hours:

- Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and 8:30am to1:00pm Friday.
