Cornerstone Healthcare Services is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Home Healthcare Manager in Durham, North Carolina. This candidate will have home health and management experience and will be organized, detail oriented and possess effective communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Initiates the recruitment process for caregivers including processing applications, background screening, testing, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Orients caregivers and maintains current employee files in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Records employee information such as personnel data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, evaluations, and termination date and reason.
• Enters, maintains, and corrects clients, employees, and payroll, billing and related accounting data into the computer.
• Orders and maintains office supplies, forms and equipment.
• Visits prospective clients/clients after referrals are made to introduce Cornerstone Healthcare Services, Inc.
• Schedules shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients’ needs.
• Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals.
• Develop and update marketing materials for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

• College/University Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system, preferred.
• Two years related experience and/or training in Home Care.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills.

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
