Job Description

As an Audiologist in our practice, you will diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders using state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices. Our commitment to quality care ensures that we maintain the highest standards of service for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed hearing evaluations for both pediatric and adult patients.
  • Review patient medical histories and collaborate with ENT physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Work alongside ENT specialists to provide comprehensive care.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans, including amplification devices, assistive listening technologies, aural rehabilitation, and counseling.
  • Ensure clear and prompt communication with ENT physicians through detailed reports.
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
  • Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations, including air- and bone-conduction tests, comprehensive speech assessments, and immittance measures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
