Description
Cornerstone CDC, a private preschool in the St. Matthews area of Louisville, is seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher to join our staff. This teacher will be a "floater" teacher in our 3, 4 and 5 year old classrooms.
The schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (off every Wednesday), alternating working early shift (7:30 am to 4:30 pm) and later shift (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
We are seeking candidates who are energetic, nurturing and enjoy working as part of a team. We are a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool program where we focus on the whole child--empowering their thoughts, questions, interests, and in turn fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Starting for this position is between $33,000-$40,000 annually depending upon experience and education.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have Associates or Bachelor's Degree in any field, however we are happy to train candidates who possess a high school diploma and gift for working with children.
This position requires movement in and out of chairs, sitting and getting up from a seated position on the floor, prolonged amounts of time standing both in and outdoors, and lifting weight of up to 50 pounds.
