Cornerstone Apartment Services Inc is Hiring a Leasing Concierge Near Denver, CO

This position is fully in-office in Denver, CO. The role will focus on correspondence with prospective residents to generate leasing traffic and provide superior customer support through the leasing process.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests with a welcoming smile and professional yet friendly demeanor
  • Utilize customer service expertise to talk with prospects over the phone about our application process, building amenities, lease terms, fees, qualifications, and general leasing information
  • Answer incoming leasing phone calls, provide follow-up texts to leasing inquiries, conduct follow-up calls to prospective residents, and schedule tours
  • Conduct virtual apartment tours as needed
  • Work within Funnel to complete all action-required tasks, prospect follow-ups, lead management and assist with the organization of agent calendars
  • Manage leasing emails and voicemails
  • Provide assistance with the move-in process and key pick-ups
  • Involvement and effective communication with all departments within Cornerstone
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Package

  • Starting pay of $22.00-$24.00 hourly, depending on experience
  • Two weeks of Paid Time Off, accrued in your first year
  • 9 Paid Holidays - includes your birthday
  • 401k 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision (all 90% paid by Company), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life Insurance

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, friendly, organized, and service-oriented
  • Basic computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience providing exceptional Customer Service, required
  • CRM experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Experience working with RentCafe, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, multitasker
  • Solution-based thinking
  • Work independently to achieve goals

Working Conditions

  • Position is full time in office Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Work location: Denver, CO
