**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals, particularly high school/ young adults, with behavioral challenges to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and implement behavior intervention plans
- Work directly with individuals to provide behavioral therapy
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Assist in managing behaviors and providing support to individuals with special education needs
- Work closely with people on the autism spectrum to improve their quality of life through behavior management techniques
**Experience:**
- Experience working with children or individuals requiring behavioral support
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis for tracking progress
- Ability to create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Experience in special education settings
- Strong interpersonal skills for effectively working with individuals with various special needs and other professionals
