Seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk who wants to join a successful family owned dealership!

Job Title : Bilingual Data Entry / Front Desk Clerk

Location : Grand Prairie, TX

Pay : $20

Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM

Job Duties :

Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database

Update customer information in database

Work with spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Update existing data

Search for and investigate information contained in files

Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Assist with special projects that require data entry

Customer service answering calls and directing to appropriate person, taking phone payments, and providing general assistance

Complete deposits, this may include large sums of cash

Requirements :

REQUIRED : Must be fully bilingual in Spanish

REQUIRED : Experience working in an auto dealership

Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role / environment is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.

Familiarity with office equipment, including scanners and printers.

Ability to work with spreadsheets and manipulate large sets of data.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Data entry testing must be completed prior to submittal
