What You Will Do:

• Education and assisting clients on our products & services.
• Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.

What We are Looking for:

• Healthcare experienced (REQUIRED)
• Strong people skills, approachable, good listener, and empathetic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CPAP Machines
• Durable Medical Equipment experience (plus)
• Certified Nursing Assistant, Direct Support Professional, Patient Care Technicians encouraged to apply!

About the Role:

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $18-20/hour

Location: Duluth, MN
