We are seeking Shift Supervisors who can provide the on-site management of the cafe and the leadership to motivate the team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles!

Shift Supervisors are accountable for providing leadership and assistance to the management team to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. The Shift Supervisor will exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of restaurant supervising experience, passion in the restaurant business, ability to work varied shifts, have a do whatever it takes attitude, like to have fun at work, and fast casual experience which is a plus.
