We have an excellent opportunity for Service Advisor 1 - Electrical position in either our Mountain Top, PA Facility or our Goodyear, AZ Facility.

BASIC FUNCTION

Responds to customer inquiries regarding parts quotes and orders including status on all products provided by CornellCookson. Focus on service efforts by quickly responding to incoming requests via phone, email, fax and others. Provide extraordinary customer service while assisting in other areas as necessary. Work cooperatively with others to help achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Accountabilities/Activities

• Provide world class service for field installation, maintenance and support
• Provide superlative service and support to customers
• Improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Processing of parts orders and providing parts pricing for repair orders for all products
• Place orders and generate job sheets to be sent to the shop to manufacture product to fill order request
• Communicate with customers verbally and inwriting
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Provide Order status, tracking information and ship date information to customers and others
• Release existing quotes for fabrication

Experience

Must be highly organized and have a proven ability to work within a team environment. 2-5 years’ experience interacting with customers preferred. Must possess superior communication skills. Must have experience in a customer service environment communicating with customers, processing or inputting orders and/or high volumes of data entry. Rolling door knowledge and mechanical background a plus.

Problem Solving

Critical thinking and problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and stay organized. Ability to work quickly under pressure, excellent organization skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while using independent judgment.

Scope of Control

Use company resources (Engineering, Production, QA, and Inventory) in addition to his/her own ability to understand requests from customers

Communication/Cooperation

Must be able to develop mutually beneficial distributor/customer relationships. High level of communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
