This position will support the Alumni & College Advancement Division. The position, which is full-time during the summer, will assist the Advancement Services team in day-to-day functions including, but not limited to, filing correspondence and assisting with the maintenance of files, data entry, and other administrative projects. The summer assistant should have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and familiarity with database systems (or willingness to learn the systems). Additionally, the ability to maintain confidentiality and to interact professionally in person are required.

Compensation

The rate of pay is $9.25 per hour.

**On-campus summer housing assistance for Cornell students is available. To be eligible for housing assistance, you must work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for at least 13 weeks of the summer within a department on campus. This benefit is taxable and will be taxed on the four paychecks paid in June and July.

Hours & Working Dates

8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday; The position works May 20 - August 16, 2024.
