Title Clerk

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of title processing and exceptional customer service skills.

Seeking a full-time title clerk with MVD experience.

• Titling documentation experience required.
• Prepare new and used vehicle documents needed for registration.
• Title work assignments and preparation for wholesale auctions.
• Stock in new and used vehicle inventory and create inventory jackets.
• Package and send out finance contracts needed for loan funding.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure document accuracy.
• Verify that funds have been collected prior to registration.
• Preparation of payoff checks for used vehicle trade-ins.
• Answer incoming calls with a professional and positive attitude.
• Some Service appointment scheduling.
• To maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
