Cork Factory Hotel is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to work 24-40 hours/week. We're a family-owned historic property specializing in weddings and events with an awesome team in place and looking add one more!

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about the property and anything else that can improve their experience

Skills

• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent is strongly preferred
• Experience with hotel reservations software such as Visual Matrix is a plus
• Customer service attitude above all else
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
