If you are a hard-working, energetic, experienced Grill Cook who enjoys being part of a team to provide the highest level of quality service, please apply! We are looking for a full- time Grill Cook for our 2024 season of April-November. The ideal candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have at least three years' experience in the role and have reliable transportation- there is no public transportation to our Club.

Position responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Consistently execute precise and artistic plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of each dish.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Grill station, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.

$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
