Our obstetricians and gynecologists have expertise in caring for women of all ages. We provide preventive services and treatments for disorders of the female urinary and reproductive system, and personalized care before, during and after pregnancy.
About Outpatient Clinics
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of Work
Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patient's responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and / or medical treatment. Educating pregnant women and their families about healthy pregnancy and childbirth. Conducting tests and monitoring the health of the mother and fetus.
