Practice and Culture
Our office at 4100 Lake Drive is one of our larger offices in Grand Rapids. We have providers that flex to 6 other locations. We are fortunate with our culture, and everyone works to help each other out. Our staff can ask any provider any question and they will answer it. Our surgeons typically at the end of each office day go around and thank the staff for their assistance for that day. We typically engage in team events during the year and often included staff spouses/significant others. We have great survey scores and have a committee that works on belonging. We do education monthly on diversity at our staff meetings and overall, we have diverse groups of employees. Our team does recognize each other at staff meetings and through WOWs.
