Provide leadership of strategic sourcing team and corresponding activities. Leverage supply base to deliver maximum benefit to the organization in the form of best quality, service and value. In partnership with organizational leadership, evaluate new and existing supplier relationships and award business appropriate to organizational fit. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of sourcing professionals to ensure the team's resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met. Responsible for supplier contract adherence and supplier relationship management.
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in progressive business experience in business operations, finance, contracting or other related disciplines.
