- Complies with standards to provide excellent customer service.
- Adapts interactions in consideration of age-related, functional, cultural, developmental and psychosocial factors.
- Completes all assigned tasks per established procedures.
- Staff will need to provide medication reminders to clients as outlined in the care plan.
- Reports safety issues and implements safety precautions.
- Conducts required safety assessments and reports to office.
- Demonstrates accountability for ongoing, professional and respectful communication.
- Promptly notifies office of changes in client condition, team concerns & service issues.
- Promptly complies with all employment requirements, program policies and procedures.
- Submits timely and proper documentation.
- Reports/appropriately handles incidents.
- Demonstrates consistent reliability and responsibility in meeting client service assignments.
- Demonstrates good attendance and promptness.
- Uses corporate e-mail consistently and returns calls promptly.
- Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous health care employment or caregiver experience Preferred
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - UNKNOWN Unknown Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association preferred Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross preferred
